Electrical Project Manager
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager on Entertainment attractions and Commercial Buildings, with Electrical contracts of $5 Million or greater.

Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and Accubid or equal estimating software platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and develop customer and subcontractor relationships. Manage, Identify, and pursue new customer opportunities while maintaining existing relationships.

Assist in ongoing training and mentorship to employees to ensure growth and development.

Manage and lead projects and project teams through successful mobilization, execution, and closeout. Current and monthly cash flow & manpower projections for projects.

Ensure all project and contractual agreements are met and performed safely within established budgets and timeframes.

Manage project financials, review, and approve project invoices, track budget variance, job cost, and productivity, and report on financial status and outcome for project projections.

Complete change order pricing and negotiating and negotiations.

Provide project scheduling and productivity tracking.

Work closely with the company production manager and field team to ensure projects are completed on schedule within labor budget and hours.

Identify potential project risks & issues, along with the development & execution of recovery action plans.
